Processing: Your deal sheet
is temporarily stored on our servers and
processed using Google Document AI (for data
extraction) and Google Sensitive Data
Protection/DLP (for redacting personally
identifiable information). Only the redacted
version is permanently stored.
Data Extraction: We extract
numerical and transactional data from your
deal sheets, such as vehicle prices, fees,
interest rates, and other deal terms. This
extracted data does not include personal
identifiers.
Use of Extracted Data: We
reserve the right to use extracted numerical
and transactional data (not personal
information) to develop new features,
improve our Services, and train proprietary
AI models. This helps us provide better
insights and tools for all users.
Opt-Out & Deletion: You
may request to opt out of having your
extracted data used for feature development
or AI training, and/or request deletion of
data associated with specific deal sheets.
To do so, email brothers@visor.vin with the
relevant deal job ID(s). Opt-out requests
are retroactive—we will remove the specified
data from our training datasets.
Accuracy: While we strive
for accuracy in redaction, results may vary.
You are responsible for reviewing redacted
documents before sharing them.
